FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
At Kelsey Nicole Interiors, I offer a range of interior design services that are created to be attainable for every budget and lifestyle. On the lighter-touch end, you can book hourly consultations or purchase a shoppable Design Plan ~ a complete, design-only package you implement yourself, at your own pace. For those wanting more hands-on support, I offer full-service design, including project management, procurement, and styling, from first concept to final reveal. I also offer custom window treatments, drapery design, and have a real passion for wallpaper. Whether it's your home, office, or vacation rental, every service is rooted in the same intention: creating a space that feels as good as it looks.
How do I get started if I don’t know what package or service to purchase?
2
It all begins with a conversation. Book a complimentary discovery call through my Connect page, and we'll chat about your space, your vision, and your budget. From there, I'll recommend the service that best fits your project ~ no pressure, no one-size-fits-all packages. Just a thoughtful starting point for creating a home you love.
What makes KNI different from other designers?
3
I believe your home profoundly shapes your well-being ~ influencing how you rest, recharge, and show up in the world. That's why my approach goes beyond aesthetics, weaving in Biophilia (nature connection), color theory, and Feng Shui to create spaces with true balance and flow. Rather than starting from scratch, I honor what you already have and love, layering in intentional selections that reflect you. My background spans art history, textiles, and years touring the design industry nationwide, and I maintain accessible service options because I believe beautiful, harmonious design should be attainable for everyone ~ not just those with unlimited budgets.

Do you offer Feng Shui consultations in Bozeman?
6
Yes! Kelsey Huggins is a Feng Shui Consultant certified by the Feng Shui Mastery Institute, and she blends Feng Shui with practical interior design for homes and offices throughout Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley. Sessions focus on real, doable changes ~ furniture placement, entryway flow, bedroom layout for better rest, and home office positioning for focus. Options include the New Home Harmony Consultation (90 minutes), the Mini Alignment Consultation (45 minutes), and the Office Energy Lift (45 minutes), available in person or virtually.
Feng Shui (pronounced "fung shway") is an ancient Chinese practice of arranging your surroundings so energy, called chi, can flow freely and support the people living there. The name translates to "wind and water," two elements that are always moving and always in balance. In a home, Feng Shui looks at how you enter, where you rest, where you work, and what you see every day, then makes intentional adjustments so your space feels calm, grounded and alive.
For me, Feng Shui has always been an innate part of how I experience a room ~ I "feel" my way through a space just as much as I apply design principles. In early 2026 I became a certified Feng Shui Consultant through the Feng Shui Mastery Institute. Now I blend it with practical interior design for clients in Bozeman and beyond. That might mean repositioning your bed for better rest, opening up a cluttered entryway, or placing your desk so you feel focused and supported. No major renovation needed, just thoughtful changes that you can really feel.

What is Feng Shui?
What is holistic interior design?
8
Holistic interior design creates spaces that support how you feel, not just how a room looks. At KNI, that means weaving together biophilic design (bringing nature indoors through natural materials, plants and light), color theory, and Feng Shui to create balance and flow. Rather than starting from scratch, I honor the pieces you already own and love, then layer in intentional selections. The result is a home that feels calm, functional, and deeply yours ~ design that feels good, inside and out.
I just moved into a new home in Bozeman. Where do I start?
9
Start with a new-home consultation in your first few weeks, before habits and clutter settle in. The Mini Alignment Consultation (45 minutes) covers your biggest pain points, like fitting your old furniture into a new space, and gives you quick wins you can do yourself. The New Home Harmony Consultation (90 minutes) goes deeper: furniture placement, entryway, bedroom and office layout, color and material direction, and Feng Shui flow. Afterward, you'll receive a written overview with personalized next steps.
Do you work with clients outside Bozeman, or virtually?
10
Yes, absolutely! Although I primarily work in person throughout Gallatin and Park Counties, I also travel to Missoula and the Flathead Valley (travel fees apply), and can work with clients virtually anywhere in the world. Virtual consultations happen over Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime, with deliverables (consultation overviews, design-plans, and visuals) easily made available through my design platform DesignFiles and email. I've designed for second homes and vacation rentals with owners living out of state, so distance is never a barrier to how I work and a home you love.
